TeamFox was founded by a group of multiprofessionals, mainly artists and educators, with the intention of carrying out social projects and creative workshops for children, teenagers and young adults with the main focus on participation and professionality.
Through the years we accomplished several smaller and bigger projects for the city of Berlin (Spandau) funded by the European Union. My role was to plan and manage the team and the projects, take care of public relations but also take care of the educational aspects with the participating children while the artists and craftswomen could focus on the professionality of the results.
Besides this we had a lot of fun together planting trees, painting walls, crafting furniture for the park and doing many other colorful things for the community.
